My 17 y/o daughter went to this Valvoline today for her first oil change in her car and they sold her a new air filter and transmission flush telling her the price would be cheaper so she agreed! Then let her know she owed $240! She did not understand and was in tears! I called the shop and asked what happened. They put the air filter back and took $24 off the bill but refused to stop the transmission flush or to refund her! I am so upset. My husband takes our vehicles to Valvoline—-they just lost our business!!
