Do not visit this location!! I went yesterday for a routine oil change and 20 minutes after they started, they told me they had bad news. They didn’t have the type of filter needed for the oil change. They checked my lights, turn signals, tire pressure, brakes, etc. before making sure they had the most basic tools needed to actually change the oil. I’ve been here countless times but I won’t be back after this debacle with no apologies being made!

Went to this Valvoline location for a quick oil change. They missed one vital step of the oil change. THEY FORGOT TO ADD OIL! My car sputtered down the road and the engine failed shortly after leaving. I immediately called Valvoline and asked if they forgot to put in the new oil, they told me they would "check the tapes" and get back to me. About 10 mins later I called back and was informed one of their employees was enroute to my location with oil to finish the job. A bit pricy compared to others, but if you want to be in and out in 15 minutes this is the way to go. You pay for the convenience, so if you don't have a ton of time to wait around an auto shop come here. Staff was courteous and professional.
