I have been patronizing this location for about 6 years. Everything has gone well up until the last 2 visits. A new manager appeared 3 visits ago. He seemed to be ok on the 1st visit. On the 2nd visit, he appeared to be upset with his team and used foul language when talking about them - the "f" bomb. During my visit yesterday, he wasn't very cordial upon my arrival. After I told him I needed an oil change, he reached into my vehicle to manipulate my turn signals to check my lights. I never had anyone do that. Toward the end... read more
