Alan is the epitome of an angry manager who shouldn’t manage his sock drawer let alone a staff. STAY AWAY. They attempt to rotate your tires, strip your lug nuts, and then refuse to pay for their replacement. They do NOT reinstall the belly pan. correctly either, forgetting mounting screws so it half way falls off your car. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORK. I have pictures and bills to prove all that was stated!!
They trashed my buddies engine in his 2013 ford and then tried to cover it up.
