I have always had great customer sevice when coming in and they never try and sell me things I don't need. The prices are comparable to other oil change shops I've been to and they send out good coupons!
I was surprised to see a Valvoline Instant Oil Change replace the Pennzoil where I usually go. Needless to say I was disappointed with my quality of service. First, I didn’t expect to pay $81 for a Synthetic (which I know is more, but I wasn’t expecting a $14 price jump from that even the dealer doesn’t charge). Prices are not posted either as they are at other oil change shops. Secondly, I felt I was treated poorly too.
