I’ve been coming here since it was Oil Can Henry's. Today is the first day I was assisted by Derrick who had no customer service skills or manners. When working in customer service, please and thank you go along way..
The staff at this location is always so friendly and thorough. I really appreciate how quickly I can get in and out with the required services. I have been to other locations that are overly pushy when it comes to recommended services and I don't get the same from this location.
