My best experience ever getting my oil changed. I was there at 8 am and out by 8:20 . Leaving for Bristol tomorrow and they made sure I am ready to travel. Everyone was courteous and friendly and answered all my questions . Oh and I never had to leave my car 💓
Absolutely terrible. Broke my tail light lens while replacing a bulb and didn’t tell me. They said goodbye (so basically fu). And you’re not supposed to get out of your car or they yell at you so I wasn’t able to catch them right as it happened. Called the manager and he said he couldn’t do anything because of some bs process. Heres the process: some managers are good but the guys are not well qualified per training.
