This was the most awful oil change experience I have ever had. One of the employees named Ian decided he did not want to work the rest of his shift because there were so many cars. After removing my oil cap and slaming it down and tossing my air filter on the engine. He said and I quote " I will not f'ing get home till after 7". This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!!! We pulled in on April 30, 2021 for an oil change. We never got out of the car. We have a 2017 king ranch Ford 150 and never had any problems with it. We went to get the oil changed because we were leaving for Florida the next morning. They “changed the oil” and then had us start the truck to leave. It was making a terrible knocking noise and we turned it off. They preceded to change the oil 4 more time thinking that’d help. I went to the Olive Branch Mississippi Valvoline and was told to come in for my appointment when I got there these computers were down they said it would be at least 30 minutes so I come back home call them and they're taking people by riding their information down like I had asked them to do when I brought my card there so I am very dissatisfied would advise no one to go there they do not wear a mask so it's very unsafe so I would give them a zero rating.
