They have always been very straightforward and honest with me and no pressure to sell me additional work is needed. They even found coupons for me to save me money!
I have never had such a great experience gettinv my car fixed up! No pressure by the crew, but they were completely knowledgeable about what they were doing. Repeat customer. :)
They only check the rear end fluid on request. Just found that out after the rear end went out on my 09 toyota. Had a small leak and ran out of lubricant and burnt up the rear end and had it serveced just 2 1/2 weeks ago. So be sure and ask to have everything checked and don't take it for garnted that it is.
