If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! My husband and I have always taken our cars to Valvoline when we lived in Chattanooga. We moved up to Nashville the middle of July. He took his car to get an oil change a couple weeks ago, and they messed his car up BIG time. They mounted his transmission housing and skid plate back on incorrectly, which cause a crack in both, and caused the car to leak transmission fluid. I’ve been using this location for years! I arrived at 7:15 am with two other cars waiting. About 7:40 am a clerk finally appeared, stating he was called at 6:45 am saying the opener wasn’t showing up, and he drove an hour to get there. He said his helper was 15 minutes away. I pulled in about 8:10 am. It’s always interesting they add extra oil fee of $4.99 when I have a coupon. The coupon was $19.99. So I felt like I lost 25% of the coupon value.
