I brought in my 2016 Mazda CX-5 on April 7, 2017 for an oil change. I just had it changed at 5000 miles and the Mazda dealership found that the oil plug gasket was missing and the oil plug itself was only hand tightened. IF this engine had seized because of lost oil this company would be in serious trouble. I DO NOT recommend anyone stop for service at this North Reading, MA Valvoline store.
