This morning I brought my vehicle to Valvoline in Arlington for an oil change. There were a few cars ahead of me, which was fine as I don’t mind waiting. One of the employees, Justin, noticed my car pulled in so he took a leisurely stroll to my car. It’s Phase 2 here in the COVID pandemic where face coverings are highly encouraged, especially with businesses, and Justin was not wearing a mask.
