Bad experience this past week which resulted in my car being out of service for multiple days and now a check engine light on. I drove in running smoothly and NO engine light on. Apparently, when my air filter was checked the air duct was not reattached resulting in a spitting sputtering dying car. I drove around to at least 5 different service stations in the Moorhead/Dilworth area today trying to find an air hose to fill my low tire. Having no luck and seeing that Valvoline was open on a Sunday, I pulled up to see if I could put some air in my tire. When I pulled into the bay, all 3 guys jumped in and checked all of my tires, not just the one needing air! They were kind, funny, and quick! Thank you for the wonderful service!
Horrible, horrible customer service. I would never bring a vehicle to them.
