Used Valvoline Instant Oil Change for the first time and most likely won't be back. They didn't have my oil filter and apparently where they get them from didn't have it either. I was told if I brought my own filter from somewhere else that they would still be able to change my oil. So I found one from Oreilly's and it was $30 but the only problem is that I was charged the exact same amount as if Valvoline would have provided the oil filter. Super friendly staff and great, quick service!
Very fast and friendly service. Staff went out there way to help me after I left and store, and my car would not crank. My battery needed a serious cleaning. The service technician came and gave my battery a jump, and I was could to go. Very thankful for the help. I’ll be returning there for my next oil change.
Stopped in for an oil change before heading back home to Michigan. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Very knowledgeable. Impressed with the checks and rechecks they do to insure procedures are done correctly. Highly recommend.
