Had my oil change done. Few days later I have 3 quarts of oil on the ground. Popped the hood. Checked the filter. Sure enough the filter was loose. Tightened her back up. Filled with oil. Good to go. These mistakes can be very costly Valvoline. I expect a reply or phone call so you can rectify this.

I will never bring my vehicle to the Hooksett location again! Shannon failed my vehicle for inspection so I took it to a state garage and it passed with no problems. I found out from an old employee that they make a game out of it. She goes and talks to other employees about what to fail it on. Yeah, big joke. Along with the drug deals that take place and the employee that was caught shooting up in the parking lot,, that isn't the place to go.
