I received worst costumer service I’ve ever had. Dishonest personnel and a manager that lies. Writing on receipt that things were done when they were not. Breaking a part on my vehicle and replaced it with generic parts, when asked not to. I will make a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I also telling everyone I know not to go there. That is why.
RecommendedQuenecia was my CSR and she was so helpful and friendly - she took the time to explain things to me and it was just a super great experience from the start. Aran and Tristan took care of the actual service to my car and they were SOOOOO fast and efficient - took about 20ish minutes, so I still had time to eat on my lunch break. Would HIGHLY recommend
