Spent 30 minutes in my hot vehicle when website states 15. Not sure what the bottom tech was doing but my vehicle was swaying as he was tugging on something. The top tech spilled oil all over the top of my engine and oil ran all down the sides of it. My engine was clean until now! No sry or anything. Asks me to turn on the vehicle and shut it back off. Checks the dipstick, my oil was low because he spilled it. Then he went to add more oil to the fill can, not sure how much he spilled, but proceeds to add about 2-3 more quart... read more
