Terrible experience! Had regular oil changes for over a year never realizing that they didn't see my transmission dipstick. Never checked it! Now my transmission is broken and they stayed because they never worked on my transmission that they are not responsible. I trusted them to be professionals and no what they were doing and they did not and now I have no car! They are taking no responsibility whatsoever!

They installed the oil cap on my car incorrectly which caused a bunch of issues. They don’t stand behind their work. Was supposed to hear from them 3 weeks ago but they never contacted me. Have tried contacting them as they suggested multiple times but cannot get ahold of them.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Made me aware of the recommended preventative maintenance for my vehicle from Ford based on my mileage. And they were much cheaper and quicker than a dealership! Highly recommend!
