I used to love this place, I used to drive FROM Newport to patronize this particular valvoline. Today I drove from work in airway heights before going home because I used to have such good service. Hence the 2 stars instead of 1. I will no longer be doing so, for the first time coming here I was charged $100 for an extra oil fee for my pick up, when it used to be $20. THAT wouldn’t have been an issue, but I wasn’t told until AFTER they drained my truck. So I had no choice but to have them fill it and pay the fee at a time wh... read more

I waited outside the bay for 15 minutes while they aired up my tires and put fluid in my car . Then I drove into the bay shut off my engine had my oil change . I turned my engine on after my oil change and had a low pressure light for my tire . I told them I have a low pressure light they proceeded to check my tires and found a puncture hole . I came out of their Bay with a hole in my tire. A puncture hole so big it couldn't even be aired up for me to drive out of the Bay. I'm unable to load a picture or I would show it to y... read more
