I have been in a few times, but this last visit prompted me to write a review. Today, I went in and Miguel checked the barcode on my car. He also checked the car's internal memory. When he saw that it said 40% oil life, he told me that Honda recommends waiting until 15%. He told me that I could probably drive another 1,000 miles. Wow! It would have been so easy to just change the oil and charge me an arm and a leg. I really appreciated his honesty. I will definitely be back.
I purchased a full synthetic oil change that lasts for 7500 miles. The sticker placed on my windshield after service was completed suggested new oil change in 3000 miles. The technician told me that that ALL stickers are printed for 3000 miles regardless of what type of oil is used. He was very annoyed when I asked him to remove the sticker and put a new one on with the correct mileage. I am assuming that this is a company policy. I find this very unethical.
