Pull in for an oil change, the gentlemen cordially invited me to be patient until they have someone in the bay. Once they do, Michael asks me for all my information, all is going well. He then proceeds to check my headlights, break lights, blinkers, etc...When he chose to look at my windshield wipers, (2017 KIA CADENZA) he pulled the drivers side arm up felt the wiper and then "put it down".
