It’s usually a great experience here, which is why I came back today… NOT so much, I pulled up, the did the scan, drained my oil, CHARGED ME, the told Me they don’t have the oil my truck requires… after sitting in my truck with it off, mind you it’s 95F outside they had to go buy oil at Orielies… fine, thanks for being pro active… the 1 star is for Chris! I stepped out of my truck to catch a breeze and was scolded in an overly rude tone to get back in my truck that I can’t be on the floor! I need my next lil change on the ho... read more
This is an awesome place . Tim provided premier customer service by being very kind and outgoing , knowledgeable, and sure of himself . They were able to identify my issue , fix it / educated me , and I was on my way in 15 minutes . I highly suggest using this business . I have nothing but good experiences, and with car troubles it is usually the opposite. Janelle was also awesome . She really knows her trade and also gave me some great advice on what else I could do to keep my Mazda running nice .
Super fast oil change. They did a great job.
I have been here twice when they could have charged me for something and didn't. Two times they have gone above and beyond (with a battery and a tire) They are the only place I go to for an oil change now. They also have exceptional customer service.
