I came in for an oil change at the Valvoline on Grand Central Ave and had a fantastic experience. I arrived about 10 minutes before they opened, and the team was already so friendly and welcoming. They got me in right away, no wait at all! The assistant manager, Adam, helped me out and was super friendly and helpful. He also had no issues accepting my Groupon, but just a heads-up: make sure your Groupon is specifically set for this location, or it might not work.
