To who this may concern, This afternoon (Sunday 5/24/2020) my employee at my Adult Foster Care (home for the elderly) took my company company car in to get a oil change and a rear break light, replaced. I recommend that she visit the Albany, Oregon Valvoline store and mention the discount they are offering for First Responders, Covid-19 Essential Business Employees, Medical Professionals & Military Personnel get SPECIAL SAVINGS! I just wanted to say thank you to all the employees at Valvoline and the Manager Salvador. Every time I get my oil change I always come to this Valvoline location. I highly recommend this place.
My experience today was fantastic. Casey Steven and Tyler made the oil change quick and welcoming. They recommended a replacement part for my break light that wasn't available at their store and Casey offered to install it for me, free of charge. I have never had an issue with the service here, but today they went above and beyond. I am for sure coming back.
New owners have made a long time customer no more!!! They said they checked fluids and didn't! Got my oil changed a week ago and today I had no coolant almost killed my engine on the side of the freeway luckily we checked it was bone dry!!! We will not go back and will tell others not to either
Was referred by my sister and was not sorry. Excellent, quick, low priced maintenance for your vehicle. It seemed everyone was happy with their job and everyone worked as a team. I wish there was a referral program ‘cause I would bank in the future.
