Do not take your car here. They cracked my daughters oil pan and refused to fix it. The are the worst. They don't see the damages they cause. You might not fix this one, but there will be some you will have to fix. I lost money, and you all will too. Reap....
I called their Mgr 2 times and left a message with no response. ERIC T obviously has no concerns about how clients are treated. Employees didn’t check to make sure they had the proper filters in stock before proceeding with my service. They had to go get an oil filter at another store since they had already drained my oil. Then I had them check my air filter. They tore the gaskets getting it out and had to leave again to go get another as I didn’t want the damaged one put back in.
