I had my oil changed here 3 weeks ago. I’ve only driven 400 miles since then. Tonight the metal skid plate came loose and caused a huge problem for me on the interstate. The tow truck driver immediately said “you just had your oil changed, didn’t you?”
My oil light came on an hour after my oil change. I had to add oil to my car. When I called the place, they apologize because they did not know the specs on my car for its oil change because it was a new car. Seriously???? I have my car manual and there is a thing called the internet or evening picking up the phone and calling the dealership.
After waiting at Gateway for what felt like FOREVER for an oil change and tire rotation, I was able to go right down the street and have both done in 20 minutes. I was so grateful for their speedy, efficient, and thorough service. They were so kind and friendly and I couldn't thank them enough for the phenomenal service they provided! I highly recommend this location for a multitude of positive reasons! The team and service is amazing!
Just had great service from Kendrick, Ian and Michael. In and out quickly and never had to get out of my car. Will definitely be back!
Best costumer service since they took over for Time-it Lube! I will come here time and time again! When I called to ask if they could fit me in for a transmission oil change they said “ sure! What’s your email address? We’ll send a $10 off coupon to you!” Love Love Love this place and won’t go anywhere else !
Drove up to get an inspection sticker and all the bays were open, but no one in sight. I even went inside and didn't see anyone. As I was pulling out I saw someone in the back sitting on a bench. There were always pice workers eager to help when it was Time it Lube.
