Had my emissions tested at this location. The gentlemen were efficient and courteous. Highly recommend.
During a recent tire rotation appointment, the staff discovered a missing bolt on a critical part of the suspension which could have potentially caused a major accident if not replaced. The manager advised me not to drive the vehicle until it was replaced, in order to keep me and passengers safe. He took the time to investigate what size nut was needed and ordered it from a local supply house who delivered it to the Valvoline site within 20 minutes.
