RecommendedWinston at Valvoline made sure I got back on the road safe . My Skid Plate was hanging , maybe due to missing bolts that occurred during a previous oil change at another location. I called Winston and he got everything right for me. Thanks

My girlfriend had an oil change done at valvoline in westbend. Noticed that I started getting an oil stain on my driveway the following week. Finally had the chance to get underneath the car and find what was leaking and found the oil drain plug gasket cracked and they tried to cover it up with silicone rather than just replacing a .30 cent part. They also somehow got her to pay almost 200$ for an oil change. I do not recommend this valvoline!
Really sick of being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. When I say I want a $19.99 oil change don't add anything to my oil change! "But you could have told me no" Was I asked? No!
