A bit pricey but quick service...in and out in 15 minutes
I went in for a standard oil change. Luckily, they checked my cabin filter, which had never been changed (my car has roughly 148K miles on it). Needless to say, it was disgusting and needed to be changed. Jacob was so helpful and respectful; he presented the different options and gave me time to figure out what I wanted to do. I never like spending money but I felt like they were efficient and so quick.
Wanted to get my oil changed on my lunch. Went in, was pitched different oil options. I chose their basic oil change. The advisor came back in to let me know my oil change was going to be $57 because my car needed special oil. Came back outside and checked my manual. I was lied to for an up charge. Sad you can't take your car in for basic service without being taken advantage of. Guess I'll go back to the dealership.
