The manager on duty (Jeremy) was not only disrespectful to me but, was inconsiderate. You see I am veteran and in good conscious I was not given the appropriate acknowledgement nor the accurate time line when I could get my car service. What Jeremy should do is take a little time in showing acknowledgment in a customer who has been going there for years. If you like oil foot prints on your floor mats then this is the place for you. After suggesting that they get paper mats to put down while working they blew me off and simply said " we don't have any." Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
