Former employee here, avoid this over-priced place at all costs. They think that they can hire tech who have no automotive experience and train them to be techs. I stopped in a month or 2 ago to get my ball joints greased. this tech take the grease gun and "lubes" mi ball joint by smearing grease around the boot. I then instructed him that the grease is to be inserted into the fitting on top of the ball joint.
