Employee broke a valve piece as I was getting the whole nine of services available. I had to sit for over 3.5 hours as they went to Springfield to get a replacement. Got a couple discounts and left. Saw leakage afterwards along with the AC still not functioning after recharge and returned, was told it was merely from condensation and that they saw no leakage at all. Last visit was a nightmare ...employees neglected to re install my oil pan for starters and while I was there the manager Jessica and her staff used profanity and made disgusting remarks about paying customers ....long time customer but I lost respect for the business that day
I am hoping I get the job with valvoline. They are a great place to work for.
Swung through a while back to have my oil changed, as I didn't have time to change it myself. Went to change it last week now that it is due again and I have the time, and realized they must have used an impact on both the drain plug as well as the filter canister. Torque specs exist for a reason, now I've gotta go pay for a second oil change in a week since I cannot get the filter changed, regardless of the fact that I had to go out and buy the dealer tool. I've heard of the horror stories from here, but I guess I had hope ... read more
Friendly respectful group working there. Had a small bit of trouble getting my air filter cover back on, but thwy got it..in and out in good time.. will be back in 10,000 miles
They broke my car and continue to lie to my face about it. A good way to keep customers is to be honest and try to fix your mistakes. Valvoline will say anything to get out of owning up their mistakes. A company that prides itself on how quickly they provide their service, obviously isn't going to give quality service. I wouldn't recommend anyone take their vehicle here.
they overcharge - 79.00 for an oil change. Did not give price first will never go back again
