They can improve by not ripping off customers. This so-called facility charged my employee $78 for a synthetic oil change when he went in for a synthetic blend oil change per the manufacturer's recommendations. The liars told me that they asked him what he wanted but he advised me that they told him that it needed synthetic so he didn't question it. And to top it all off, they did not even rotate the tires after being ripped off. Stay away!

I've made 3 trips and left 3 messages and one has assisted me.....some customer service right??? You messed up my car alarm and told me it was a coincident that it stopped working......REALLY??? How about your tech did not reset my oil gauge, then when I went back a different tech didn't do it but had me sit in my car and reset it myself....left there and tried to lock my car, it didn't work!
