According to the techs they pulled an extra 2 quarts of oil from my vehicle! The last several times there they extracted the oil through the dip stick tube. It’s obvious the last couple visits they didn’t get all the used oil out of the oil pan. You would think the techs when they checked the oil before and after service they would have seen it was OVER FILLED. I sure hope it didn’t do any damage to the engine.
