We’ve taken our company vehicles here for years, but recently oil change times have taken longer than the usual 15 min. At most recent visit pulled into bay at 4:06 and pulled out at 4:40. They checked me out at 4:12 so since I had already paid, I definitely had to just sit and wait, but no one communicated why things were taking so long. After I had paid, no one spoke to me again until they were showing me my oil level before I left. I took my car there for a transmission fluid change, but they used the wrong transmission fluid and performed an improper power flush. Because of their mistake, my transmission now needs to be repaired, and it will cost me $1,500. I expect them to take responsibility for the damage.
