The service was fast and the staff was extremely friendly. Thank you to John and Kevin for their help with oil change. Amazing workers.
The young man John Becker definitely deserves a raise. He was so polite and efficient. Definitely one of my best Valvoline experiences thanks to him!
Two guys polishing seats and a manager holding down the air compressor. 15 minutes to close and The Manager walks out and says we're not taking any more cars. I had a long day. It was no surprise, I'm surrounded.
I misinterpreted the oil level in my car. The staff was honest and told me I didnt need an oil change yet instead of just doing an oil change and taking my money. Very thankful for that. 10/10
