Sunday 9/21/25 i’ve gone in to get my oil change when they were completely done. My Jeep will not go into gear. The person that was in the pit ended up draining the wrong pan. He ended up draining my transmission fluid out instead of the oil never said anything to anybody my car started to skip and then go into gear Then they did not drain the oil so they put an additional 5 quarts of fresh oil on top of the old oil so I had 10 quarts of oil in my jeep Then I had to have the Jeep towed to a garage and then that’s when I foun... read more

The service was very thorough and Caleb, the technician who worked on my vehicle, did a wonderful job taking the time to go over any questions I had and helping me to understand the process and how things work for my car. He went above and beyond with his customer service and positivity. Highly recommend
Zero star if I could. I went for a quick oil change. They somehow lost my drain plug gas kit and instead letting me know , just used a washer instead. Car started leaking oil , took it back to them and again instead of offering to look at it , turned me back. The gas kit costs 1.50$ , all it takes to charge me that amount and fix your mess. Eventually I had to go buy new gas kit and couple of car jacks and oil to re fix it myself. Guess what that it takes to change the oil which I’ll be doing myself from now on. This place is guaranteed to jerk you around! Don’t waste your time. Went on four different occasions to get an inspection and each time got an excuse why it couldn’t be done even though I came back exactly when told. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.
