The guys are funny and very entertaining while doing a great job.
They were thorough and polite They changed the oil and did an inspection I had a very positive experience
Went for a NYS inspection at their Latham location. The inspection “failed for pass front lower control arm”. However, there was no offer or suggestion to fix it, but the NYS inspection sticker was already removed, and I then had to drive my vehicle off lot with a safety hazard as well as the potential for getting a ticket. I can only assume this is because Valvoline cannot make these fixes. If so, then they should not be offering inspections on the chance that they end up putting someone in a potentially hazardous situation... read more
