Brought in my vehicle to be inspected they said i needed one wiper blade to pass and said it would be $20 which is a rip off as you can buy one for about $9 but i needed my car to pass insp. when i received my bill i was charged $26 , and was told he does not make the price, folks stay away from this place , hate to see you get taking advantage of
The gentlemen that work at Latham are always so sweet they explain everything and also suggest what needs to be done now vs what can wait.very professional. They also let me know what to fix prior to inspection. Only place I will go. Guys you are as always awesome.
Went to Latham Valvoline for the second time, the guy that does inspections told me he wasn’t gonna do them until 11 am refused to do my oil change and rotation , told me to come back and asked me if I was stupid, I might be! But I’m smart enough to know a bad employee when I see one, no services were provided for a second time I will never go back there.
Got some great assistance and suggestions from Randy today while getting my service and oil change handled. Team seemed cohesive and everything went smooth. The best experience at a Valvoline to-date!
