They did an oil change on my husband’s car and we met up to doing shopping after then I followed him home. On the highway he complained he felt something under his car while he was complaining about that I got hit in the windshield with a loud noise. We finished the highway and pulled over on a side road and discovered the skid plate was dragging. We continued to home where my husband discovered my windshield was damaged by the hit. Went to valvoline to get an oil change in the dodge. Went in and all lights worked. They ripped my right rear taillight off and now have to do a case to see if they can reimburse me.. What a rip off. Beware.
Beware they would not honor my Groupon oil change I purchased! Was told that Valvoline didn't honor it I called Valvoline and they said that was not their policy!
