I AM BEGGING YOU FOR YOUR OWN SAKE AVOID VALVOLINE AT ALL COSTS!!! After an oil change at Charlotte South End, at 2401 South Boulevard, NC 28203 my car broke down on the highway shortly after and the engine started smoking. I went here yesterday and they changed my oil and rotated my tires. They didn't put synthetic oil like I asked ! Then my car started rattling and my steering wheel was shaking . I called them and they said to bring it back in so I did. They told me it was because my oil was dirty so they changed it yet again and they claimed I was fine to make the trip today I had scheduled. They were very straight forward and super helpful!
When they say "15 minute oil change", they mean it. (There was also no line around 930am) I didn't even have to get out of the car! I would go there again.
My "check engine" light came on during the drive home from work so I stopped by Valvoline on the way. Jacob was so attentive and helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns with so much patience and knowledge! I love it here and always get my oil changed here as well. Definitely recommend.
Hands down amazing!!! Had four people looking at my CRV....they were very thorough and told me I didn't need some services another mechanic said I did. We were having such a merry time forgot to have them replace my light....but all good will be back....amazing people ..Lori, Julio, Josh.....Steller customer service!!!!!
