Always get amazing customer service and the best service in my car. unfortunately I move to Milwaukee and went to the one on 27st and they mess up big time :( they put regular oil instead of synthetic SMH. Not again I will drive to Racine if I have to!
Usually real good but this time they had a new employee that dropped the battery tester and broke it.
On November 2nd, I went into Valvoline for an oil change and you only had two service techs working. I drove after my oil change from Racine, Wisconsin to Toledo, Ohio and my car started to mess up. I opened my hood and my air filter wasn’t connected correctly and the hose was loose as well, from not being clamped correctly.
