This location is very quick and efficient and everyone is very polite there and i'm in and out in no time at all. Other establishments, I have been to had poor service long. Wait times and also rude employees. With bad service. Not knowledgeable about the industry and Do things like over fill the oil
VERY INFORMATIVE AND FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL STAFF
This is actually my second review today because I brought both of our vehicles in. As I mentioned in my first review, my husband and I travel all over Arizona for work, but we always make it a point to get our oil changes done here in Prescott Valley. We don’t even mind going a little over on mileage if it means waiting until we can get back to a shop we trust.
