Brought in my truck to have it serviced and soon after leaving valvoline my truck starts slipping and not switching gears so I get home and the next morning find a large pile of transmission fluid under my car, I have a mechanic look at the vehicle and he says damage was caused by overfilling the transmission fluid so the owner of valvoline Joe tells me he will meet me at my house and look at it. Great service, fast! The employees were polite and smiled, busy, but didn't act like my request for fluids and tires checked before a road trip was a bother, and they didn't even charge me!
