Had oil changed in 2003 GMC with 8.1 liter engine. These clowns over fill by 1GALLON. LIFTERS we’re knocking. Pushing oil out front main on engine. Could have cost us a new engine!!! WON’T RETURN.
I replaced my oil at this center . After 2 weeks a metal plate from the bottom of my car fell off . Had to repair it at Honda service center. Honda service said it was because of non properly screwing bolts during the oil change . Discussed the case with the manager at valvoline and he does not take responsibility or will not compensate for their mistake . Very unprofessional . Do not take your car there . I have a new car and the basically damaged it ,and made me lose a day of work to go and fix it .
The guys are great. Quick and affordable. Great service.
