Tuesday 10/27, approx. 4:45 pm. I went to get an oil change and inspection but they didn't have anyone there who could do inspections. The guy said "our inspector left at 2." Why would you not have an inspector at Valvoline for 4 hours of a 10 hour day? It would be nice, for once, to do business with a company that knows what they're doing. Ridiculous.

My brother and I had intentions of dropping the car off for an inspection and walking across the street to Target to make a exchange. After we got in the waiting area at Valoline we overheard the mechanics mocking us saying "poor fucking Bastard, can't put down his Star Trek dvd...has to take it everywhere he goes". It's poor work ethic to talk behind your customers back, it's stupid to do it when you can hear through your thin walls!
