I was there for a oil change I showed my cupón on my phone and the service men say it was to late because they all ready change the oil . But I was in my car on the bay so I was there and the person charge me $43.00 and my cupón was for $19.99.Is robbery in plane day Ligth
I was just at this location and was very happy with my experience!! Nathan greeted me and explained everything along the way. Reuben and the other guys that worked on my car were efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this location. More $ than if I were to do it myself, but it was worth the convenience!! Terrible..... they charged us but didn't change the oil or the filter causing damage to our vehicle that had to be towed to a reputable repair facility with only 2000 miles on the supposedly new filter and oil. Managers response was only...... prove it - how childish.
Had to take my car to a mechanic because of an oil pressure warning light. Come to find out the filter and oil were bad after only 2k miles. No help from manager. Did they really change my oil and filter? Never had an issue when it was oil can Henry's. We will never go back again. Make sure they show you the dipstick with the new oil on it.
