Two stars because they forgot to put back two screws back under the car and the bottom fell down, both plastic and metal plates, scrapping the metal. Someone was not paying attention and and almost caused us a severe damage on I-95. Beware and ask the employees to double check that they put back every single screw they take out when changing oil and other things!

I wish I remembered the young man’s name who serviced my car. He was super helpful. He discounted the services I purchased even though I did not have a coupon. When I asked about the engine light being on, he directed me to the nearby auto parts store and they were able to diagnose the problem! Saved me $$$$ by not having to bring the car to the repair shop. Kudos to the young man at Jiffy Lube on the corner of Dedham and Needham streets in Newton who serviced my car!!
