They didn't drain the dirty oil completely and put the new one which resulted in level of oil more than maximum and also dirty.
I was hoping oil spill after previous service was one time accident and decide visit Valvoline again on 12/30/25 I specifically asked the technician to check all fluids level and make sure will be no oil spill on subframe when they drain old oil like it happened after previous visit. On the next day I run out of washer fluid driving on highway and later found oil spill on my driveway. Absolutely full of stellar people. I was in and out and It was so fast
Everyone was super helpful, quick and kind! I noticed that the person who I was talking with was not only informative but was honest about what I really needed vs. could put off until next visit, no upselling slime. He even suggested I look further for a better coupon. I should also note that this was 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night before a long car trip-- my poor planning is not your emergency type situation. I was so thankful that they were available so we could be on our way!
