I was highly satisfied because everyone was in constant communication with each other and they were extremely efficient. This was a much better experience than one that I had a jiffy lube, I even told the guy when I was leaving that this was better than jiffy lube except that jiffy lube they did vacuum the inside of my car, but it took three times as long, it was clearly evident that everyone was working and working well together. Still a great experience, everyone so friendly
I was traveling and way overdue for a oil change I pulled in 15 minutes to closing with 4 cars already in line the manager is actually a heaven sent angel and agreed to stay late to do my oil change I am beyond grateful for Martin and the crew at this location they saved my birthday trip and my car🫶🫶🫶
So on this day I was on a little roadtrip coming from the new york area and decided to stop in last minute and the manger Martin was so great for accommodating us last minute reassuring our safe trip back home... Great ppl person..
Worst place to ever go, they charge you extra the oil and claim is for other stuff. Did not give a receipt for oil to be able to explain charges
This is only the second time I've gone to this place for an oil change, the service has been excellent both times. I wrote this review specifically to highlight that a couple guys there helped me with my car's cabin filter (2003 Acura), which multiple car shops in the past 6-7 months had refused to look into. There was actually some technical difficulty in this job, but this time I got it fixed.
