Let me be clear normally they do a great job but, I just purchased a new 2023 Chevy trailblazer with only 19,000 still under warranty and, because of that, and my trust in them I took my truck to Valvoline oil at the froggstown location in Walton, Ky. I come here often and see the same guy being mean to the other employees. I think his name is Derrick or something like that. He seems to not want to work at all and makes people feel stupid for asking questions. I’ve even seen him make fun of someone and when they came back in the same manner, he blew up. Not professional in front of customers for sure. I wouldn’t want to work with this guy.
I always have a great experience at the Valvoline location off of the Richwood Road exit. Super nice employees and always very accommodating!
Dont ever take your vehicle here. The past two times I went there they didnt clean up oil that spilled under the filter and it got all over my garage floor. Now Im trying to get the filter off doing my own change and these idiots put it on so incredibly tight it wont come off. It has marks on the filter where they cranked it down so tight. You would think a place that does oil changes all day long would know how to their job right!
