If your webpage and front door state your open till 6 Monday through Saturday and a potential customer shows up 5 after 5pm and it’s a ghost town. Kinda bag for business dontcha think? Might be a good idea to update that information.
Oil change was fast. Price is higher like most express lube places. Was offered a set of wiper blades for $40. Passed. Car wash policy excludes moderate rust. If you are looking for that free $25 wash to compensate for the high priced oil change - don't bring your rust buckets here. Don't we all miss the days of $20 oil change coupons? I sure do. Great service
Absolutely above and beyond service. I pulled in because all four of my tires were dangerously low, and every public air station in Wausau was down due to the extreme cold. Tarren and Tyler took care of me immediately. They replaced my tire valve stems, filled my tires, topped off my coolant and washer fluid, and even removed a rusted skid plate that was hanging underneath my car — all at no charge. Genuine kindness, professionalism, and care you don’t see very often anymore. I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend.
