Very helpful and communicative
I had a great experience at this shop today. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. James and Devon (sorry if I misspelled the names) helped me with my oil change and addressed concerns I’d previously raised with my dealer, Nissan. They were able to show me my burnt spark plugs and then also quickly replaced them without me ever leaving my car. He also replaced my air filter and topped off my coolant. Not the worst experience, but not great either. The staff finished the oil change, but it took longer than expected for a quick-service place. I also felt like the upselling was a little too much. A more straightforward visit would have been better.
