Absolutely , TERRIBLE experience with this store. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here as the customer service is terrible. I walked in this morning with a concern about my brakes going out and the man working the front desk at 7:30 AM was so rude to me I had no one else to turn to didn’t know where to go or what to do. I will never return back to the shop. I will, however, praise Pep Boys they took me right in And evaluated my vehicle and fixed it within an hour.
Will never go here again. Extremely over tightened filter and plug. Apparently the technicians have no knowledge of the importance of torque specs. Stay away from this shop!
was looking for the 'express oil'.. but this location is full service and family owned I was told.. spoke to a employee named Gabe.. he took his time and explained to me exactly who they were.. price for my vehicle... and what they do.. polite.. professional.. knowledgable... HE would be the reason I would give this company my business considering SO MANY choices...
I didn’t realize how bad of a job they did until I started driving after. After about 1000 miles, I had an oil leak because they did not put a new gasket on my oil plug. Then when I go to change the oil, not only did they tighten the oil filter and oil plug so hard that you needed professional weight lifter strength to turn it, they put the wrong oil filter on my truck. So I had been driving with the wrong oil filter on. Just all around a terrible job, and overpriced. Will not be back EVER
I went here when they first opened and they seemed eager to get business I didn't get an oil change I think I got a belt replaced and tire rotation but the last few times I went the guy that runs the front didn't seem like he had time to fool with me acts like they're covered up and don't need anymore work not the type of person that welcomes you it's more like a bother to him so I'll go somewhere else
