Front desk lady needs to have a better attitude. From the moment I walked in, it felt as if I was bothering her for a simple oil change. A simple smile and greeting goes a long way.
Tiffany and Cedric were amazing! I came in stress that my car was bone dry on the dipstick even though we had over 3000 miles to the next oil change. They were extremely kind and helpful even educated my about the type of car. They gave great service and advise. I will be return her regularly!
I normally take my truck to a dealership but nobody could take me in today so I had to choose somewhere else to take it, this shop was not too far from Tom Clark Chevrolet so I pulled in and Jordan got me in and out within 20 minutes, very nice and clean shop, waiting area is comfortable and they have arcade games for children.
